Graeter’s to build new plant, expand nationally

You may now rest easy when leaving the Cincinnati city limits. Graeter's (eventually) to be available (almost) everywhere:

In a Thursday morning press conference Richard Graeter, president of the family-owned business, said the 28,000-square-foot plant will will quadruple Graeter’s ice cream making-capacity, to 1 million gallons annually. That, he added, will permit the company to expand its reach nationally.

“We will be using the exact same French Pot process that we always have,” Graeter said, referring to the method that produces the rich, creamy confection for which Graeter’s is known.
