The theme this year is "Feelin' Groovy," which honors the 60s and 70s with plenty of neon and tie-dye to go around.
There will be 30 events packed into three days, including a Beatles tribute concert Saturday night at Brickyard Park.
Organizers said hits to the Kool Aid Days website are double the usual number and they're expecting about 30 thousand people to show up.
